Oceans of Energy
Apparently it is nothing to do with global warming — so we cannot go blaming that yet again…
A rising warm front of pressure from Canada combined with some icy currents in our waters combined menacingly to create the worst storms for a long while here in the UK… at the time of writing this anyhow…
Luckily, my new home, which is actually a very old house, managed to survive the ravages of the storms intact. Yay.
I have started laughing at the news coverage… The TV channels find the windiest places in the country, or the most damaged, then decide to report the weather from there… Or with the reporter standing beside the single most huge puddle causing problems in that town… Or besides houses that have water up to their windows…
We want to be safe, of course… But not terrified out of our wits!
Now I am all for utilisation. That is, I like the fact that we are starting to use wind energy and have wind farms out at sea and other places now… and it got me thinking, in what way can I utilise these storms for a hypnosis session? Hmmm…
Anyway, when the storm onset earlier this week, Katie and I gazed up and out at it from within our conservatory. I love watching the elements, especially when we are snuggled up inside. My hairdresser told me that he went to a seafront café when it was all happening and sat there and watched the waves roaring up and crashing and said it was a beautiful spectacle.
On the local news magazine on TV here “South Today”, they had a little section where viewers had sent in stunning pictures of the stormy sea and of other wonderful views and I felt a triumph for those of us truly appreciate what was going on rather than allowing it to onset doom and gloom.
The sea, ocean, winds and nature at this time of year have incredible energy. It is the incredible vigour, zest, energy and power that I want us to harness and share in throughout this hypnosis session.
